To book a service, simply browse our service categories, select the service you need, choose a professional based on ratings and reviews, select your preferred date and time, and confirm your booking. You'll receive a confirmation once the professional accepts your request.
You can cancel a booking from your dashboard. Go to "My Bookings," find the booking you want to cancel, and click "Cancel Booking." Cancellations made at least 2 hours before the scheduled time are free. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
All professionals undergo a thorough verification process including ID verification, background checks, and skill assessments. We also collect customer reviews to ensure quality and reliability.
We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), net banking from all major banks, and various wallets. You can also pay with cash on delivery.
Click on "Become a Pro" in the navigation menu, fill out the application form with your details, upload required documents, and submit for verification. Our team will review and get back to you within 2-3 business days.
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with the service, please contact us within 24 hours. We'll review the issue and work with you and the professional to find a resolution, which may include a refund or re-service.
